Sign In with Google — One Less Password to Remember
You can now log in and register with your Google account. Existing email/password accounts are unaffected — Google Sign-In is simply an additional option.
We've added Google Sign-In to both the login and registration pages. If your organisation uses Google Workspace, this means your team can access MyMonitor365 without creating or remembering a separate password.
First-time visitors who sign in with Google will have an account created automatically. The name and email address from your Google profile are used to pre-fill your account — you can update them at any time from your profile settings.
Existing accounts that were created with an email and password are completely unaffected. You can continue signing in the same way. If you'd like to link your existing account to Google Sign-In, contact support and we'll walk you through it.
Two-factor authentication works alongside Google Sign-In. If your team requires TOTP-based 2FA, it will be prompted after the Google authentication step completes.
We chose OAuth 2.0 via Google's official identity platform, so no Google credentials ever pass through our servers. The token is validated server-side and a secure session is issued — the same session mechanism used for email/password logins.
