PDF Reports & Scheduled Email Delivery

Reports in MyMonitor365 just got significantly more shareable. You can now export any saved report as a PDF and either download it immediately or have it delivered to your email with a single click.

The PDF output includes all the charts and statistics from the on-screen report: uptime percentages, response time averages, incident counts, and the time-series chart — formatted for printing or sharing with stakeholders who don't have app access.

For teams that need regular reporting, scheduled email delivery lets you set a report to be emailed automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. Each scheduled delivery can optionally include the PDF as an attachment, making it easy to forward to a client or manager without any manual steps.

Report scheduling is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. The scheduling UI is organised into a two-column layout on the report detail page, separating the one-off send options from the recurring schedule configuration.

A 24-hour range option has also been added to the report builder for quick daily snapshots. Combined with a daily scheduled email, this makes it straightforward to automate a morning status report for your team.

All PDF generation happens server-side, so reports are consistent regardless of what browser or device the recipient opens them on.
