Starting today, MyMonitor365 is available across three subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and Enterprise. Every new account automatically receives a 10-day Pro trial — no credit card required — so you can explore the full platform before deciding which plan fits your team.

Free is designed for individuals and small projects. It includes up to 10 monitors, 5-minute minimum check intervals, email notifications, and access to the standard integrations.

Pro unlocks everything in Free plus shorter intervals (down to 30 seconds), monitor groups, custom report scheduling, SMS notifications via Twilio, PDF report exports, and priority support. It's the right choice for teams running production infrastructure.

Enterprise is tailored for Managed Service Providers and organisations with multiple teams. It includes all Pro features plus elevated monitor limits, multi-team management, distributed monitoring agents, and dedicated onboarding assistance.

Billing is handled entirely through Stripe Checkout, so your payment information is processed securely without ever touching our servers. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from the Subscription page inside the app. MSPs with specific volume requirements should reach out through the MSP inquiry form on the Pricing page — we offer custom contracts for larger deployments.

We deliberately kept the Free tier generous because we believe monitoring should be accessible to everyone, not just teams with large budgets. The goal is for you to grow into a paid plan naturally as your infrastructure grows, not feel forced into one on day one.
